Safety Inspection Walk – Site Observation

Regular safety inspection walks are a key part of proactive HSE management and ensuring compliance with established safety standards on site. During this inspection walk, I carried out a detailed observation of ongoing activities to identify potential hazards, verify control measures, and ensure safe working practices were being followed.

The inspection included checking housekeeping conditions, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), work permits, access and egress routes, lifting operations, and compliance with site safety procedures. Any unsafe acts or conditions identified were immediately addressed, and corrective actions were communicated to the responsible teams.

This activity also provided an opportunity to engage directly with workers, reinforce safety awareness, and promote a culture where hazard identification and reporting are encouraged at all levels.

The safety inspection walk reflects my proactive approach to risk prevention and my commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-controlled working environment.
