Safety Recognition and Appreciation Program

Recognizing and rewarding positive safety behavior is an important part of building a strong safety culture. As part of our safety excellence initiatives, I conducted a Safety Recognition and Appreciation Session to acknowledge employees who demonstrated outstanding commitment to workplace safety and compliance.

During the session, Certificates of Appreciation were presented to individuals who consistently followed safety procedures, actively participated in safety programs, reported hazards, and contributed to maintaining a safe working environment. The recognition highlighted the importance of individual responsibility and encouraged all team members to remain proactive in promoting health and safety standards.

The program served as a motivational tool to reinforce positive safety behaviors, increase employee engagement, and strengthen the culture of safety across the project.
